  • Take one teaspoon of salt.
  • Curd should be about 6 tbsp.
  • Yeast should be 3 tbsp
  • Baking soda 1/5 tsp for puffing roghni achari naan
  • Powdered sugar two teaspoons
  • Pure melted butter 2 tsp
  • Take three teaspoons of dry milk powder.
  • Please pick up a box of national pickles and grind them as required.
  • Take hot water as needed to knead the naan dough.

1- To make achari roghni naan, first, take a bowl to knead the dough; add yeast, salt, flour, sugar powder, dry milk powder, and baking soda, and mix all the ingredients well. Then add butter and curd to them and knead the achari roghni naan dough with hot water as required.

2- To make good achari roghni naan with this dough, keep it covered at room temperature for about 2 hours.

3– After 2 hours, when the dough becomes smooth, make five balls of this dough and roll them well and then make them into a round shape, then spread the dough a little with the help of your hands.

4- Add crushed pickles to it, and then.

5- Close the mouth of the dough and make round balls. Prepare the rest of the dough in the same way.

6– After that, spread this round ball of dough in the form of roti with the help of a rolling pin and sprinkle kalonji seeds on it with water, then turn it over and sprinkle kalonji on the other side with water.

7- Now heat the tawa on the stove.

8- When the tawa is hot, add achari login naaontoiontot and cook it for about 1 minute after adding a little ghee.

9- I am adding ghee according to my choice; if you want, skip it.

10- Flip the achari roughing naan roti and cook the other side for about a minute.

11- Then remove the tawa and with the help of tongs, cook the achari organic naan on the flame without touching it and cook for another 1 minute.

12- When the naan is cooked, turn off the stove, place your delicious and soft naan on a plate, and spread the national pickle oil well. Our delicious Achari Roghini Naan is ready.
