Instructions for cooking Chicken Keema Paratha.

- First, gather all the ingredients I mentioned to start the Chicken Keema Paratha recipe.

- The first step is to mince the chicken.

- If you have a food processor, grind the chicken in it because the chicken grinds quickly in a food processor; if you don’t have a food processor, you can grind the chicken in any grinder.

- When the chicken is minced well, the next step is to cook the chicken to fill the parathas with the chopped masala. Let’s start.

- First, place a pan on the stove, add oil, and heat it on low flame. When the oil is hot, add garlic paste, and onions, and fry until the onions become soft.

- When the onion becomes soft, add tomatoes to the pan, fry well for a minute, and then add all the spices like garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilies, celery, coriander salt, and mango powder. After cooking for a few seconds, add the chicken mince to the pan and fry all the spices along with the mince.

- Sauté the chicken mince with the tomatoes and spices for about 4 minutes, don’t overcook, or the mince will be too soft.

- When the mince is done, switch off the stove and cover the pan with finely chopped mint leaves over the mince.

- Now that the chicken keema is cooked, we must prepare the batter to make the chicken keema paratha.

– For the dough, take a bowl or any vessel, add pure wheat flour and salt, add a little water, and knead a soft dough. Now add oil to it and knead well again.
Make 5 to 6 balls of the dough when the dough becomes sticky.

- Take the paratha dough and dust it in dry flour and flatten the dough with your fingers; in the same way, flatten all the balls and place them on a flat surface.

- Now take the chopped chicken for the filling and place it in the center of the dough ball and press lightly with your fingers to close the mouth of the ball.
Fill all the dough balls with minced chicken in the same way.

- Now take a ball of dough filled with chicken mince and spread it a little carefully with your hands and then roll it like a round bread with the help of a rolling pin; remember not to move too tightly as this way, the chicken mince May spread out of the paratha causing your chicken keema paratha to break and not cook properly.

- Now place a tawa on the stove and heat the tawa on a medium flame for about 10 seconds. When the tawa is hot, carefully place the paratha and cook it for 45 seconds.

- When one side is cooked after 45 minutes, flip the paratha, and from that side, add a spoonful of ghee and spread it on the paratha with the help of an oil brush and flip the paratha again so that the paratha gets cooked well with the ghee. Cook the ghee side for about 5 seconds, flip the paratha again, and cook the other side for 5 seconds.

- Similarly, keep cooking the chicken keema paratha by pressing it on the tawa so that our chicken keema paratha does not remain raw inside and cooks well.

- Continue to cook the paratha until the chicken minced paratha becomes crisp and golden.

- When the chicken mince paratha is cooked, place it on a plate and cook all the parathas with the same recipe.

- To make the chicken keema paratha more delicious, eat and serve with lassi achar or green chutney.
